Chemo PN pain spreading
I’ve been trying to correct CIPN for 7 or 8 months. Not a long time compared to many in this very helpful board I know. Question - is it an early sign of healing that I feel nerve pain in my ankles and shin area? Still pain in feet but don’t know if this new pain is a good sign of healing to have the nerves possible “repairing” farther up my legs?

Hello @timbo1961, Welcome to Connect. I don't have chemo PN but do have small fiber PN and my experience has been when the numbness moves further up the legs that would be progression of the symptoms. While you wait for others with experience, you might want to scan through the discussions and comments from other members on what helps chemo induced neuropathy - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/?search=chemo%20induced%20neuropathy%20what%20helps.
The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy held a webinar in 2022 on the topic that you might find helpful - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNkDf9ezXFo.
