Hi @sademotts I hope that you are doing well. Curious to know since it has been a few months how things are going since Nubeqa stopped working for you? My father ended up going with Cabazitaxel, and it has really helped out bringing the PSA back down, and reducing his pain. Did you ever decide which treatment you were going to go with? Hope all is well.
That's really good news that you are symptom free and that the PSA rise is gradual. Unfortunately my dad is struggling with symptoms at the moment so I am hoping more treatment will relieve his backpain.
After our appointment with my dad's MO the scans did confirm progression in his bones so he is restarting chemo (Jevtana/cabazitaxel) on April 1st. The MO is also starting him on Xgeva. I was hoping Pluvicto might be an option but MO said we should make chemo a priority before considering that. Praying hard that chemo is the best choice for now and mostly that it relieves his symptoms. When dad got his first round of chemo with docetaxel it really did help his back pain so fingers crossed.
