I went to Mayo clinic to be treated for polymyalgia rheumatica. Rheumatologist sent me to a cardiologist at Mayo. He then sent me to someone on his staff that is a lipid specialist. I meet with the lipid specialist every 6 months. So I would guess department of cardiology is a start.
