I just stopped cold turkey, and for some reason it wasn't so bad the first few days, but today.... good grief 😦

Stopping cold turkey is pretty hard. You might want to read some of the other post about step down (weaning) yourself off slowly. It's hard to do. I got bad enough I went to a CBT therapist to help me through the tough times. That seems to help me.
