I believe it is. The landlord has not told me any details due to privacy. In the US I know it can be a complex and long process in general. In this case I believe it will be completed this week or in the near future.

If the the men are not out by the 1st of March I will ask the landlord what is happening. If I feel I am not being given truthful information or the process still has a ways to go I will take certain actions as I indicated in my previous post. These will not speed up the process but they should at least keep me safer than I am now, of which I am a "sitting duck". It's really that bad here. Today was ok though.
