Reclast is your best choice. Even though it isn't a happy dream, it is the best medication to prevent the onslaught of fractures. Reclast is one injection a year and can make you a little miserable. Worse, though, is that it also causes osteonecrosis. There aren't good remedies for osteonecrosis and it usually proves difficult to heal. Forteo is a great medication for osteonecrosis, but it won't protect you from Prolia rebound. I would try to get both Forteo and Reclast. It won't be an easy task. If I couldn't get both, I take Reclast with a long infusion to protect my kidneys. Then I would watch bone markers. CTX and P1NP.
How long ago was your last Prolia. Don't wait past the six month deadline. Because your risk of multiple fractures is high. If you've had an injection recently, press for Forteo. Studies have shown that the two work well when taken together.

I have had jaw issues ever since Prolia. I have only had I shot. Not sure what else I can do.

osteolow, are you on Prolia because of low bone mass from cancer or for osteoporosis. If it is cancer consider zometa. For osteoporosis you might (I would) consider Forteo. It is prescribed to heal certain jaw issues and it is more effective for osteoporosis than either Prolia or Forteo alone.

osteolow, I meant to write that if your Prolia injection was recent adding Forteo the remaining Prolia would increase the effect of Forteo. Forteo won't lessen the number of osteoclasts. There have been studies combining Prolia with Forteo that show impressive results. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31447409/
