Hi:
Sorry you are going through this.
There is no way to know from what you said whether it is an interaction between these two drugs or if it is one OR the other Also, if you are on any other medications, it could be a bad interaction.
Please speak to the Doctor who prescribed these asap and he/she needs a list of ALL the medications (prescription and over the counter) drugs you are taking and in what doses.

Thank you. Switched back to Mirtazapine. We’ll see. Would love to wean off all the meds!!

That is why I strongly believe changes in medications be made one at a time. That way you have a better idea of which medication may be the one causing the issues.
