Hi @jpareti1 , I haven't used prolia or evenity personally although I've read drug information regarding the two meds and some related publications. Here is a paper of clinical study for the sequence prolia to evenity. Please note that the study was part of a larger phase II study (see Fig 1 A for the study design): 2 Prolia shots followed by 12 months of Evenity - as shown in Fig 1B. BMD changes were the primary end points. Study of fracture risk or prolia rebound wasn't meaningful here due to the very small size of the study (hard to reach statistical significance):

It's great that you post this new thread, as I believe we have members who had similar experiences although with various prior treatments or medical conditions. Hope they chime in soon. The number of doses of prolia taken appears to matter. The more shots one gets, the trickier it is to stop prolia and this is usually dealt with a strong bisphosphonate such as reclast. Also from what I read from literature, treatment of bisphosphonate prior to prolia shots may make a difference in the outcome of prolia cessation.
