Thank you, Sherry! That information is truly so helpful. I will call them on Monday to get on the list rather than waiting for the referral to go through.

As far as them requiring you to have a rental care/vehicle, I will have to ask about that! I am licensed but don't like driving in strange cities, and my husband won't be allowed to drive due to his heart surgery. We always take an Uber wherever we need while in Phoenix.

@delphiniums Yes, it was actually the vehicle that was a dealbreaker for me.
The lady at the help and healing home said that they would confirm that I had either a a personal or rental vehicle when I checked in.

I was concerned about returning a rental at the airport and the length of time it would take and the extra steps that my caregiver would have to deal with so we used Uber from the hospital to the airport and it was very easy.
