MCTD and saline implants - connection ?

I agree that those predisposed to AI disorders genetically are most likely to have complications from implants. Our immune systems don’t like foreign bodies. It’s also typically a delayed reaction. 7 years on average, before disease develops or when implants rupture and leak silicone into the surrounding tissue. Even when explanted the silicone can’t always be removed 100%. This can show up on breast ultrasound or MRI. That residual silicone can be why some don’t improve after explanation. This happened in my case with both implants ruptured and globs of silicone visible on ultrasound years later. I had mine removed in 1994 and am still developing new AI disorders ( vasculitis and colitis) just this year.
