HRT therapy- has anyone chosen this treatment?
I am 75 old. Considering HRT (unsure what delivery method)
Feeling it is a more natural intervention.
Any experience?

Which hormone r u speaking of???? Estrogen? This hormone can cause cancer. I've had incurable slow growing cancer 4 16 yrs treated with monthly I'm injections. Good luck with all your future endeavors and don't expect your providers 2 give u all the answers. Do your OWN research!! Good luck!!
Just starting on the patch (estrogen) and progesterone . I have no idea if it will work, but I am more willing to try this along with vit. d, exercise, etc than the drugs that put you in the drug cycle.
