I reaaly appreciate the different circumstances and how everyone is so different. I have been on effexor 225 for years. Due to ins problems, my GP recommended Wellbutrin. Altjough I heard about tapering of course I was too arrogant to think it applied to me. I went to 150mg effexor for one week and then switched to welbutrin (low does). Two days just nauses but now can barely function.

Always feel like I am in a dense fog, dizzy, and in my 90s. excessive crying, nauses, can’t get a good quality of sleep, night sweats, arm and leg tingles and the trembling atnight. Cut off caffeine as it makes me more nausea. Can muster up some energy for a few hours a day. How long will this last? I really need some good advice.
