What is the best supplement to take for feet neuropathy?

It might help, I take it twice a day because I read it was suppose to help but I would take anything at this point in my life if I thought it would help.
Even my doctor told me they had nothing that would stop neuropathy.
A lot of scams out there believe me I know.

I’ve been taking ALA for almost two years and it has helped me only about 10%.
PN is not going away and all we can do is learn to live with it. At least I’m pain free. I jest have balance issues and weakness.

There's a certain type of alpha lapoic I believe it's R-alpha lapoic. I tried it
for 3 months and nothing.
