I will have a biopsy on March 12th. I will let you know the results. I know that with Gleason 3+4, active surveillance is an option, but I would like to do something that is minimally intrusive to improve my chances of success. I will look at the book. I am interested in learning more about other focal therapies.

@spaccer. You may be put on active surveillance initially . The go to treatment currently , excluding any Focal Treatment options , is Monotherapy SBRT . 5 Treatments . Mon-Wed - Fri and Mon - Wed the following week . Minimal side effects .
Long term radiation treatments are fast becoming old school .
