I went through the same regimen as your husband three years ago. I was a stage IIIa MIBC. The chemo took care of all of the lesions and reduced the tumor significantly. The RC was a success and I have been clear for the entire time. I went back quarterly for two years for blood work and CT scan and now go in twice a year for blood and CT scan. I did not go through immunotherapy. Good luck and praying for a good outcome for your husband.
