I tried a ten unit and it did nothing. My PN is in my legs and feet. I have numbness and tingling and balance issues but no pain. Do waste your money. PN is here to stay.

I recommend you do a longer trial of TENS. It may take many months to repair the nerves. I’m having some success with it, I think, after three weeks.
