Hi t98. The pH of a pomegranate ranges from 2.93 to 3.20, making it a moderately acidic fruit. I have reflux and don't think I would drink it.

You're right that it's moderately acidic. There is a view that taking a small amount helps, because of its anti-inflammatory properties. I found it helped, and mixed with some water.

I can add to my previous post that how long you need to take a PPI or other medication will depend on what your physician says is your situation, and whether other methods you try are working for you. Try also sleeping on a wedge/elevating the head of your bed, no coffee or chocolate and eat low acid foods. (Reverse osmosis water is acidic so try to drink more alkaline water than that.)
