Regardless of the HPV, 2.7 to 6.3 in two years indicates that you should at least start investigating this via MRI and biopsy! You can determine causality later, but anything over 4 is concerning and a more than 100% jump in two years would be a big red flag to most urologists.

I had the biopsy yesterday, 7 days for results.
I didn’t think about a connection till last night . It’s not common, but it is suspected to cause prostate cancer.
