@kritter19 I applied to Mayo on the website which led to a call from the intake office. In talking to them, I requested that my records and inquiry be sent to Dr. Fogelson. They created an account number which is important because anything sent to Mayo needs to be placed into that patient account. I sent a letter to him with my imaging describing my case and symptoms with the diagnosis being missed by other surgeons. Dr. Fogelson will review records and imaging from his network access at Mayo, so that is why it needs to be done officially. I don't think just sending a letter to a doctor will result in an appointment. You need to go through official channels.
