Another resource that may be helpful is the free Patient Guide by the Prostate Cancer Foundation pcf.org available by download or hard copy.
The Patient Guide is in 2 parts, and the second part is a Guide to recurrence/rising PSA.
Since that seems to be your concern, if you download the Guide, Chapter 3, page 25, discusses PSA after radiation.
