what did you mean "as long as I took a longish walk"? I haven't started my Anastrozole yet but will be soon. Do you take it in the morning or at night? Do you walk right after? How long is longish? Does that help ease the side effects?

I have only had one side effect ,it makes me sleepy. So I read from some on this Mayo connect that they began taking it after dinner. 6/7 They sleep right thru any side effect and rest well. That has worked for me to. I walk in the morning for about 30 minutes now ,it’s suppose to ease achy feeling some have.
