Glad to hear these supplements are helping you! Could you please tell us the name of the lady you are referring to? Is she who recommended the supplements you are taking or was it through the Mayo dr. you saw?
I’m also wondering if anyone is familiar with Michael Lavacot? I was listening to his youtube video on Osteoporosis Medications and thought I was listening to Dr. McCormick until I looked closer.
I don't mean to belittle this, but... homeopathic remedy? No. Homeopathy is quack science with no scientific basis whatsoever. There is only one group of people promoting homeopathy: the people that sell it.
Apart from that, you're taking calcium and magnesium like everyone else. This regimen isn't doing anything for you that a simple multivitamin doesn't do, and it is not going to fix your osteoporosis.
