Lemon is acidic and not good for reflux.

Don't eat a few hours before bedtime. I highly recommend Gaviscon advance, with alginate. You can take it before bedtime or other times you need it.
I found that pomegranate juice is helpful.
And a probiotic in the morning 1/2 hour before food.

If you have injury to your esophagus (Barrett's), then you probably should also take a PPI for a few weeks and then wean off it.

With Barrett’s why do you say to only take ppi for only couple of weeks? I was diagnosed with reflux and Barrett’s about 5 months ago. My treatment plan is liquid sucralfate 10 ml one hour before meals and at bedtime, ppi u using Nexium OTC now, two 20 mg Nexium OTC twice daily, and baclofen 5 mg 4 times a day, last one at bedtime. I also take folate and vitamin D. Treatment will last my lifetime.

Hi t98. The pH of a pomegranate ranges from 2.93 to 3.20, making it a moderately acidic fruit. I have reflux and don't think I would drink it.
