Finally finding a urologist who switched me from topical testosterone (eg, Androgel, Testim, patches...) to injectable (testosterone cypionate IM once a week) made a huge difference -- in both serum T levels (now adequate) and in relief of the symptoms of androgen insufficiency caused by the (necessary) bilateral orchiectomies.
