Stiffness at 4 months after tkr
I am almost 4 months post op TKR and have a lot of stiffness in knee. I do my stretches, exercises and walk everyday. I am so ready to move past this phase of stiffness. When does most of the stiffness get better?

Cyndi: I'm almost at 3 months TKR and I asked my doctor to do the MUA last Monday since my knee was so stiff and I wasn't making any progress. My doctor got my ROM to 110, but again, I wasn't awake. I am now at a 103 but I can still feel the scar tissue inside my knee. The MUA breaks it up but doesn't get rid of it! I'm doing all my home exercises and walking every day, but my knee is still stiff! I see my doctor for follow -Up on the 26th, and I'm hoping it will be better! Praying for you that things will improve!💖🙏

Mine seems to be tighter during storm fronts coming through especially if it's snow.
My knee has always been a birometer of bad weather!
