When I first saw the title of your discussion it reminded of an OLD advertisement for something called “Doan’s Kidney Pills’ (I think). They were supposed to be helpful for kidney issues or back pain in the area of the kidneys. Haven’t heard of it in ages.
I have no idea what hydrogen water is or hydrogen tablets for that matter. Hydrogen itself is, after all part of the chemical formula for water (H2O) if I remember my high school chemistry correctly Your description of the concoction you make in your first 16 oz glass of water sounds interesting. It reminds me of something I often refer to as “might help, can’t hurt”.
