For those who cannot get an erection then it might be a 'blissing' (sic). However your pounding heart rate might need investigation. Get it checked out if you are concerned. Have you got an oximeter? If you have then check your pulse rate and if you have a blood pressure monitor check BP as well.
I am no expert but I read that a resting heart rate of over 100 is considered high. You do not say your heart rate is fast, simply that it is pounding which seems to indicate a fast rate.
Many things can cause a fast heart rate, medication, stress, anxiety etc. I say again, see your Doc. if you are concerned about the erections and pounding heart.

Thank you for the suggestions. Yes, I have pulse oximeter and BP monitor. Good suggestion to check blood pressure, oxygen and heart rate. It is faster yes.
