A Gleason score consists of two numbers. If a 4 was one of the two them it is aggressive, what was the other number a 3 or a 4? That tells you more about how aggressive it is.

Did you mean to say he was 80? Not quite sure what you mean by “his was 80”. If he is 80, then I have a video you should see about treating older people.

I am puzzled why he had chemo. That is only prescribed for patients that have a lot of cancer. If he were on chemo, then hormone therapy would be pretty much required after treatment is complete.
