There's a lot of folks with experience here that would probably be happy to help, but, there's not really much history info in your post. To have a better understanding folks would need things like: What were the Gleason scores? PSA scores? what type of radiation treatment? Was there a PSMA PET scan? MRI's etc...
To answer your direct question, my guess would be "no." What the doctor would get out of prescribing those meds would be, if anything, very nominal.

I didn't have chemo meds for treatment so I really can't help you with the specifics of that.
