If you can drink it, get some regular old fashion butter milk, or Kefir and drink lots of it. Your microbiome could be out of balance.

I’ll try anything, Imodium doesn’t help I take 6 every day , I’d drink elephant piss if it would work getting up 4-5 times every night is hell, before my surgery despite knowing I had cancer I could go all night maybe once needing to pee
