I would try it. Natural treatments can benefit so much alongside a doctor. You never know how your body will respond! With your Doctor, I would really push for your vitamin levels to get checked, to see if you have any vitamin deficiencies. I’ve been begging for help with that, so it looks like I’ll have to switch to Internal Med, and not see my family practice doc anymore to see and figure out more information about my pain. Hopefully you have a good hearted Doctor, and insurance that will listen to your concerns! You can also go through a Chiropractor who does alternative medicine therapies, I’ve even heard Acupuncture could possibly help, and be approved through insurance if a medical provider deems it’s needed, so find a real Doctor whose a chiropractor that does alternative therapies so they can try getting that covered for you. I just found 2 in my whole area, so I’m calling at 8am to check on my insurance! My pain has been so bad this week, stairs are not my friend.
