@sandij Welcome to Mayo Connect. Please slow your withdrawal down so that your symptoms stop. You will feel better and have a more positive outcome. I would also read what people have said on this forum if you haven't about weaning too fast.

Thank you, but now I have been off for a week, I am struggling with the idea of putting it back in my body.

@merpreb thanks, I plan to stay at 75 until I stabilize and then I'll start removing beads from my capsules. I am really happy with my progress so far, to be taking only one capsule now instead of three is a huge success and I celebrate it even on days I have waves. I'm very familiar with the process of windows and waves, I'm not sure why I haven't seen any reference to it here.
