She takes sodium cromolyn . She uses it 30 minutes before meals and at bedtime. She takes antihistamines and a Xolair shot every 3 weeks for hives. But her main med for mast cell is the sodium cromolyn.

Thank you. She is doing well on these meds? No side effects? I take the H1 and H2 antihistamines. I fear xolair because some of its side effects are symptoms. I already have and deal with all the time, so I figured I don’t need any more. I’ve tried the cromolyn but found it hard to adhere to. Thanks for your reply.
