Beware - I was prescribed Trazodone for hot flashes 10 years ago while on ADT. The tinnitus is still nearly unbearable today!

Interesting, as I have been taking trazadone for about 8 months to help me sleep while taking ADT drugs and during radiation. I have been experiencing tinnitus recently and didn't know there was an association with trazadone.
