i hope your endocrinologist orders a redraw. You might ask for a CTX at the same draw.
I know that the sample requires special handling. I wonder if labcorp did testing because of the results.
I would call the doctor's office and request the order, so maybe you could have new results for the appointimet. I'd also go to Quest this time.
But my new years resolution every year is to be more aggressive.

My endo could not get the order into quest. There is some rigamarole about the codes and then it comes up as " Ordering Restrictions may apply. Please provide SERVICE AREA INFORMATION to find available tests you can order. Not offered in Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute (IFD) – San Juan Capistrano. Click here to show test information for Service Area California/Nevada"
My Vitamin D,25-OH was low at 15 (optimal>30) So I assume he will put me back on calcitriol. I found 1 report by OncohemaKey.com on "markers of bone turnover in Bone mets from prostate cancer" that says Vit D deficiency is one of several things that can cause high bone turnover. It's the only article I could find for high p1np (I don't have prostate cancer)
