I have numbness in both Feet into both knees worse in the left leg than the right leg. I’ve been walked in on my treadmill 4 Days a week 40 to 50 minutes varying speed & inclne and every other day I go to the gym. I do a total body workout with emphasizing on my legs.
This seems to make my balance better and and the numbness and not as bad plus strengthening my legs. I Was walking with a distinct limp and that has disappeared overtime.
