Long ago and far away ADT was consider to have you at castrate status if your T was < 50.
Today that level is < 20.
Many, myself include have the "privilege" of achieving single digits.
The side effects are well known.
The mitigating strategies are generally well understood:

Exercise
Manage stress.

@kujhawk1978 your chart is really amazing. It tells your story with results-action plan very clearly. It is quite personal in that you see where there would be obvious stressful times too. Is that Excel with text overlays that you added?
