No problem-I keep a journal for this very reason. Day one was 2 clicks and I added clicks daily until up to 5 by day 7. Up to 6 clicks by day 12. At 6 I had slight headache and stayed at 6 until day 36 then went to 7 clicks. It makes a difference if I’m not well hydrated (water with mineral salt) and I always eat b4 the shot. Then I need to be moving: walking, chores, etc. after the shot. I personally do NOT feel good if I lay down. I can “feel” it but nothing really bothersome. I keep my mind and body occupied first couple of hours. I could do 8 but I want to feel optimal next couple of months so will go up to 8 in May. If I don’t feel ok after a few days I will go back to 7. No specific symptoms other than feeling a “little off” on occasion. Hope this helps! I tend toward low blood pressure so I think the electrolytes help.
