Walking 1 hour a day has salvaged countless days for me. It has has figuratively speaking, consistently turned dismal rainy days into brilliant sunny ones. No side effects! Makes sleep, and naps, wonderful and heightens my appetite but I don't eat as much if I didn't walk. It is a miracle medicine.

I have been on Prozac for 25 years and it doesn’t work anymore and I have tried other medications but, not good. The only thing I haven’t tried is walking. I know that sounds stupid and I also have ADHD…. I have got to pull myself outside and do it. I’m in the south and we have had extremely cold weather but, I’m getting myself up now and getting in the shower to go. Thanks for the simple advice that I needed.
