I hesitate to reply- everyone is different. But, I am 84, had total hysterectomy at 48, been on HRT against medical advice. Very low dose estradiol. I’ve had several serious falls (with stitches) but no broken bones.
EVERY female on maternal side had osteoporosis- stooped, hip fractures etc. my 70 yr old first cousin diagnosed, on Prolia. I’m still Ostepenia- I have to believe it’s the HRT. Every drug has side effects. Go for it!
