Yes, absolutely get away from this oncologist and go to a large cancer hospital and consult with a radiation Oncologist. I don’t live there but I am certain there are plenty of doctors who can help you.
Records are quickly and easily transferred these days - you sign a few forms for both the sender and the recipient and your records are digitally transferred in a few hours or days depending on how lazy the support staff is. Best
