I'm also taking Wellbutrin. I was exhausted and severely depressed from cancer treatment and it made a big difference. Within the first two weeks my concentration came back and within about a month I started to have days where I felt relatively normal. Another advantage is that it's one of the only antidepressants that doesn't have sexual side effects, which was a must for me as I'm trying to recover that aspect of my life after prostate cancer.
