I apparently have a Gleason score of 7, PSA 38. T3b is what they told me- cancer localised to the prostate with high possibility in the ceminal vesicles.
Im 56 years old.

Have you decided what kind of treatment you’re going to have? Is your Gleason 7 a 4+3 or 3+4?

There are many treatments that are available to you with a Gleason 7.

Sure, you can have surgery or radiation or Focal Therapy, NanoKnife, cryotherapy, HIFU,, TULSA-PRO.

Have you made any decision about what you want to do?
