Hi @zygote I looked it up, for labcorp the reference range of p1np for post menopausal women is 10.4 -97.8 ng/ml. So your reading is 715. This is a HUGE response, which month are you at? What's your CTX reading?

I'm on month 8 of tymlos on 70 mcg. My heart still speeds up and thumps when I take it. No CTX ordered.
