Hola, @cowacook

I had a quick look on the web:
it doesn't seem that Bone Coach and Osteostrong
are the same.
Like someone else that answered your question.
There is so much information out there - some of it not so good.
Be careful spending your money.

There are individual people called Bone Coaches that say they
can guide you with medications, nutrition or exercizes -
that's where the name Bone Coach sometimes is confusing.
I've never used them, Perhaps some people on our Support Group
have and can tell you more.

Get reputable help in the area where you live, if you can.
If you wish to use the web - there are many helpful
sites for exercizes or nutrition - but all these
should be checked if they are safe and necessary for you.

Happy journey !

Too many people call themselves Bone Coaches. Some of the information they provide is good, some is just garbage. Then they push to sell you all kinds of products. They get their friends on for so called interviews/free workshops…trying to sell more products or subscriptions. It’s getting to be a whole network exploiting seniors in need of genuine help. Be your own advocate. Do your own research and weed out the garbage. Good luck to us all.
