So good to hear from you. I hope you do give Zembrin a try..I get my suppliments from Vitacost and bought it from them. I've noticed quite a few 'new' and amazing, to me, effects I'm still getting from this herb/combo.
Besides my much improved recall...and not feeling that 'dizzyness' I would feel. I also noticed last night that my heartbeat wasn't missing a beat...ususally about every 8 or so beats....for years I've noticed this... I alarmed my PCP last year when he was checking my pulse..he didn't like that missing beat and had me wear a holter EKG 'thing' for 2 weeks to see how my heart was doing. Turned out to be diagnosed as Bradycardia....as well as an irregular heartbeat a few times a day. Well...strangely enough..that 'feeling' of airyness (irregular heartbeat) is just gone now! My missing beat is only occuring maybe every 60 beats or more now....WOW...is this also occuring because of the Zembrin? I have no idea...but, I'm glad to have that go away!
I can totally understand that by 'tweeking' the right enzymes and currents in our brains...that our bodies will respond in kind. I think I'm the only one amongst my friends..all of which are at least 20 years younger then I...but are all on some kind of an antidepressent....they are all ordering "Happy Mood" now..I can't wait to see what they find magically happening to them! I chose the gummies instead of the caps....as it's the same mg's for both..but this had the added saffron as well as a couple of vit's that go well with it. I'm not questioning these results..just loving them...what a huge relief!! I hope you find the same...would love to hear from you about your results!! Peace be with you....Bunky
