Tulsa is more precise as it uses real time MRI imaging. I had Tulsa in July at Mayo Rochester. PSA went from 8.6 to .96. I still have some PSA as only 30% of my prostate was ablated. At 6 months MRI shows no sign of cancer.

It’s just so wonderful that there are options now other than cut or burn. As always, case selection is still the most important factor in whether a procedure will be successful or not. Best to all who qualify!
