Bone Coach - How do you know it works?

I know nothing about Bone Coach. I did increase muscle mass .. good for bones ... by doing weight training with a coach. My bone turnover marker scores also came closer to in-range with the exercise. Before you do anything it would be good to get your bone turnover markers tested thru blood labs: CTX and P1NP are the ones I use. One test is for how much your bones break down, the other for how much they build up. This way you can determine progress or not on a timely basis instead of waiting two years for the next DEX. A good primer on bone health is by Keith McCormick, Great Bones. He is a chiropractor with a degree in human biology from Stanford, and he suffered multiple fractures from OP in his 40s. You can catch him in interviews on YouTube. I found out more info from his book than I did from doctors. I also did an Echolight ultrasound with Dr. Bush's practice. It came out osteopenia v. severe OP from the DEXA scan. Dr. Bush pointed out the DEXA scan had several errors in it. Fortunately I did not take drugs based on the DEXA. I got lucky! Good luck in your research.

There are also great videos on YouTube by Dr. Ben Leder: endocrinologist at Massachusetts General and a professor at Harvard Medical School.
