I'm 73 and a year and six months on ADT. About for months ago I had a rapid decrease in my leg strength. I've always been active but at that point I committed to more regular gym time, yoga once or twice a week and spin class once a week. The dedication is paying off with noticeable strength and endurance gains. You can't let up. It has become a part of your daily lifestyle

I can relate to loss of leg strength after 25 months of ADT. The steps in my tri level house have become difficult to climb. Treadmill is fine for me.
