I too have a build up of mucus constantly since I caught covid.
I have tried everything possible nothing worked.
Since you saying it could be your wisdom teeth, I am wondering I had a tooth removed at the front and have implant instead could that be causing it.
I might speak to my dentist about it and do research.
I hope I can find solution,
